The MuCEM is Marseille's new muse! The collections of the National Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations are set inside a stunning architectural ensemble.
The multidisciplinary exhibitions span human sciences as a whole and bring together a variety of objects such as contemporary works of art, fine arts, everyday objects, archaeological items, archives and photos... Covering a variety of themes, they tackle the main issues faced by European and Mediterranean civilisations, to help us understand what brings them closer and what drives them further apart.Know more
