Le Mas Bottero
Saint Cannat - Food guide restaurant
Le Mas Bottero is 15 minutes away from Aix-en-Provence, at the heart of the Coteaux d'Aix and at the gates of Luberon. The Chef, Nicolas Bottero, invites you to savour the South through a personal and refined cuisine paying homage to fine Provençal specialities.
Le Mas Bottero is a real hymn to the Provençal way of life! The restaurant has a number of “living” areas to chose from, according to your mood.
In the kitchen, Nicolas Bottero blends seasons, colours and living instants to enhance the finest ingredients from Provence and elsewhere (the menu changes each week).
A fine food section features products selected by the chef, plus jars made on the premises by the cooking team.
In front of the terrace, the green garden contains the chef's herb garden, the henhouse and a play area for children.

A story that will make you turn to jelly...
As yellow as sunshine and as warm as a winter fireplace... The quince isn't very pretty, but the people of Provence love it. You could even say that a passion has been born between this irregular-shaped fruit, somewhat resembling a dented, rustic pear and our lovers of jams, jellies and pastes.
