L' Oustaloun

Maussane les Alpilles - Food guide restaurant

We love the cosy look of this "little house" ("oustaloun" in Provencal) - a two-star hotel with a ground floor restaurant decorated with bric-a-brac, tucked under the ancient stone arches of a 16th-century abbey. Chef Jérôme Sauton's Provencal cuisine has a special fondness for the Alpilles area. You can eat outside on the village terrace in summer.
