Le Mas d'Aigret

Les Baux de Provence - Food guide restaurant

Against the backdrop of the Les Baux Fortress, this former Mas enjoys exceptional views extending from the Alpilles to Camargue. You will overlook Provence from the terrace, whose tables are nestled among the mulberry trees, from its pool, which is illuminated at night, and from the Roches des Baux. All rooms are air conditioned and almost all have their own flower-filled terrace, garden or balcony. Others are semi-troglodyte, like the restaurant, entirely cut into the rock.
