La Ciotat - Food guide restaurant
Early in the morning, it isn't unusual to find Damien Arnaud with his wheelbarrow, toting his groceries from his neighbour. Edwige, his wife, sets up tables in the garden replete with olive trees, and inside another room, with limed red walls, there is a tangibly warm and inviting atmosphere that captures the spirit of this quaint restaurant that exudes a genuine friendliness. The menu, which evolves according to the season, marries creativity with Mediterranean produce, resulting in gems such as roasted lobster ravioli with garden herbs, courgette flowers stuffed with lionfish mousse and foie gras escalopes with peaches. Bringing together the delicate, inventive and sensuous, an enchanting culinary experience is guaranteed.
