Restaurant located in the ancient center of the city of Arles, close to the hotels, monuments and museums of the city, especially in the same street as the Vincent van Gogh Arles Foundation.The restaurant's rooms have exposed stone walls of ceilings with wooden beams.The decoration is based on bullfighting and Provence.A beautiful shady terrace that is bounded by different plantations such as pink laurel, olive, rosemary and thyme.The chef, who has owned the restaurant since 2002, offers a cuisine of flavours and tradition. He brings all his creativity to his dishes, which he changes according to the seasons.2 menus, formulas, à la carte dishes and also a menu and lunch formula of the moment.The chef can adapt and modify some of his creations for gluten-allergic, lactose intolerant and vegetarians.
