Mickaël Féval, ouvre une nouvelle adresse entièrement vouée aux poissons. L'établissement est situé en lieu et place du restaurant Ze Bistro (rue Manuel) au coeur de la ville d'Aix-en-Provence. C'est Julien Courtin, ancien second de cuisine de Mickaël Féval qui en est le chef.

Le restaurant est un hommage à la Bretagne, avec une carte orientée mer et rivière plus quelques coquillages. Les plats sont proposés en fonction des arrivages et des produits de saison trouvés sur le marché d'Aix-en-Provence.
