Aix-en-Provence - Food guide restaurant
A "very chic" new design for a new start: trained with the greatest French houses (Loiseau, Oger, Plaza Athénée ...), Mickaël Féval took over the former gourmet den of the starred chef Pierre Reboul, left for other adventures. The chef quickly found his marks: his wife Olivia ensures a smiling service, "attentive to the customer and tailor-made", while he puts out precise and tasty dishes, "respectful of seasonal products", his obsession. His dishes are all about the high bourgeois French cuisine. Without revolution, but with passion. Coming soon: dinners around a producer who comes to speak about his products (Sylvain Erhardt and his green asparagus, Michel Baches and his citrus collections ...).
