Puyloubier - Wines
Just look at the Sainte-Victoire. What majesty, what imperious thirst for the sun, and what melancholy, in the evening, when all this heaviness returns "- Paul Cezanne.
Château Gassier represents the excellence of the Cru Sainte-Victoire wines. The estate is located a few kilometres from the city of a thousand fountains, Aix-en-Provence, and embodies the values of the French Riviera and the Provençal way of life.
The 40 hectares of vineyards thrive on the outstanding soil that lies at the foot of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire. It sublimates its unique geographical location by exalting the wealth of the Sainte-Victoire region in our wines.
The legacy of the Château Gassier lives on through Georges Gassier, who represents the 5th generation of winemakers. He runs the vineyard plots in organic farming, thus preserving the authenticity of the wines.
The DNA of this wine is personified in two complementary universes that are inherent to Provence. The first is the gastronomy and the art of the sommelier. The second is the lifestyle and way of life of Provence.
The wines are served in the most iconic places on the planet (Ibiza, Côte d'Azur, Miami, San Francisco...) in highly prestigious establishments such as the Peninsula in Paris, the Bernardin in New York and the Majestic in Cannes.
Close your eyes, let yourself be carried away. You will find that time stands still for a moment and you are overwhelmed by a particular emotion ... the desire to be in Provence.
