Manade Jalabert
Arles - Family recreation
The Jalabert family has been breeding pure Camargue horses and fighting bulls at the Mas de la Chassagne for four generations. In this 350-hectare estate in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Camargue, near Arles, Luc and Marc Jalabert invite you to discover their livestock in their natural environment and travel through these lands given over to organic agriculture. In the arenas, during equestrian shows and bull-related games, herdsmen, toreros and razeteurs entertain you by rivalling each other in skill and courage; it is of course at the dining table, in a festive atmosphere, that this pleasurable day in your company will end. Both in the Bergerie du Mas, built in 1857, and in the bodega, our caterers will serve regional specialities prepared with products from the delta.
