Le Musée d'Art et d'Histoire est installé dans l'Ancien Cloître des Cordeliers. Il subsiste de nos jours un cloître et l'ancien parloir.
Ce musée abrite une exposition semi-permanente de la légendaire Tarasque et le cabinet de curiosité de Tartarin. Des expositions ponctuelles viennent enrichir ce lieu riche d'histoire.
