Au coeur de la Provence, l'Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée d'Aix en Provence délimite un terroir spécifique où depuis deux mille ans les oliviers prospèrent.Nos vergers sont cultivés par des passionnés et selon des méthodes traditionnelles respectueuses de l'environnement. L'appellation a été obtenue en décembre 1999.

Les vergers de cette appellation d'huile d'olive sont constitués principalement de trois variétés : l'Aglandau, la Salonenque et la Cayanne.
