Speciality: 'Tarasque', 'Tartarinades' and 'Bésuquettes de Tartarin' (made with chocolate and praline). Exclusive registered trademark. Delicious almond biscuits perfumed with orange and chocolate and filled with crème fraiche are produced as effigies of the monster and mascot La Tarasque ( a kind of dragon that was supposed to frighten the town's population). Other town specialities include the 'Tartarinade', a cherry soaked in alcohol and covered in chocolate.
