La ferme de Gratte-Semelle
Tarascon - Olives - Huiles d'olives
The magnificent orchards of Gratte-Semelle farm extend between Avignon and Tarascon, opposite the Alpilles and on the slopes of La Montagnette.
This agricultural operation is perfectly suited to nature: human intervention without damaging the environment, maintenance and development of secured reserves (humid areas, natural habitats of a fauna specific to the Massif, etc.)
In its soils, which are full of alluvium from the River Durance, the Aglandau, Verdale, Bouteillan and Picholine olives give this first cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil its authentic aromas and flavours.
