C'est au nord de Tarascon que Claude Altiero, ferronnier d'Art, a installé son atelier. Le jardin qui accueille le public est à lui seul un espace d'exposition de tout ce qui peut constituer un ornement en fer forgé: treilles, grilles et portails aux savantes volutes. Mais c'est dans le mobilier, avec feuilles et torsades, que les détails du travail du fer sont les plus délicats. La virtuosité de l'artisan s'exprime dans tous ces éléments de décoration dans l'air du temps.
