Domaine des Terres Blanches

Saint Rémy de Provence - Wines

Noël Michelin created the Domaine des Terres Blanches at the foot of the Alpilles in 1970. From the outset, this pioneer of organic cultivation has used production methods which make his wine a completely natural product with no added yeast or other additives. Guillaume Rérolle has now taken over the operation and follows in his step-father's footsteps. He makes Baux-de-Provence AOC red and rosé wines and Côteaux d'Aix AOC white wines certified as 'wines produced with organically grown grapes'. He is also President of the Association des Viticulteurs Agrobiologistes (Association of Agrobiologist Wine-growers).
