Le Moulin des Costes accueille les producteurs de Pélissanne et environs pour une fabrication d'huile d'olive du terroir.

Il offre une gamme de produits de qualité: Fruité vert aop Aix en Provence, Fruité noir, Huile d'olive bio et produits dérivés comme la tapenade, les olives concassées, etc.
Leurs huiles ont été médaillées en 2014 et 2016.

Visite guidée gratuite du moulin moderne sur rendez-vous à partir de 15 personnes (durée : moins d'1 heure).

Construit à la fin du XVIIIe siècle aux abords du Canal de Craponne, le Moulin des Costes, à Pélissanne, était d'abord composé de deux parties : un moulin à l'huile et un moulin à farine.
Inscrit à l'inventaire des monuments historiques en 1992, il vit une véritable renaissance sous l'impulsion de l'Association des oléiculteurs pélissannais et environs.
