At Gaec ‘Lou Miss, goats' cheese are made in Meyreuil, close to the city limits of Aix-en-Provence.
To be precise, the farm is located in the Massif du Montaiguet and has around 50 Rove goats. They help us produce fromage frais, cream and dry cheeses, as well as Rove brousse cheese.
