Double murder
Martigues - Art contemporain - From Thursday 18 to Friday 19 March 2021 between 8.30 pm and 10 pm.
Performed by ten dancers and carried by an epic musical composition by Hofesh Shechter himself, Double Murder explores our deepest emotions.
Clowns is a sarcastic nod to our growing indifference to violence. In a macabre comedy of murder and desire unleashes a whirlwind of choreographed anarchy that puts us to the test: how far are we willing to go in the name of entertainment?
In contrast, The fix offers a raw and compassionate moment to balance the forces that press into us daily. Violence, tenderness and hope are laid bare through Shechter's cinematic and hauntingly beautiful gaze.
