Projet MILAN, c'est l'association explosive d'un ado qui écume les soirées électro bisontines à mobylette, boîtes à rythmes et sampler sur le dos et d'un jeune aficionado de garage punk qui s'exerce depuis ses 14 ans dans les salles underground phocéennes.
