Fête Mistralienne - Déjeuner gastronomique
Aix-en-Provence - Gastronomie - Saturday 11 September 2021 at 12.30 pm.
An ephemeral restaurant will take place in the shade of the plane trees of Parc Jourdan (back of the Oustau de Prouvènço) where the two starred chefs René Bergès and Pierre Reboul, and the Master Pastry Chef Marc Favalessa will concoct an exceptional meal to highlight the Provençal terroir and its rich gastronomy.
A different winemaker will be present at each table throughout the meal, in order to make the guests of this same table taste their wines* and thus make them discover their domain.

This event is proposed by the association Li Venturié Escolo Felibrenco in partnership with the City of Aix-en-Provence and the Chamber of Agriculture of the Bouches-du-Rhône.
