Chez les Touaregs de l’Ahaggar, au milieu du XXe siècle, habiter le désert rime avec nomadisme. Mais la salutaire mobilité nomade entre montagne et plaine se heurte à de nouvelles contraintes politico-territoriales, économiques et culturelles qui conduiront en quelques décennies à de profondes mutations du modèle sociétal touareg.
