On the ground floor, with large windows overlooking the terrace (68 m²), lounge (flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, home theater) with dining area open to the fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction plate, refrigerator). Bathroom / wc with laundry (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms facing south. 2 bedrooms have a bed for 2 people (including 1 with a large bed 160x200cm), a shower / private sink, a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 beds for 1 person.
