Totaly on the ground floor : large living room with fireplace (1st outbreak free), dining area, 2 relaxation spaces with flat screen TV, stereo, large bay window due South on the fields. Kitchen opening onto the West Terrace with garden furniture, plates of cooking gas, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher. 1 room with double bed (140 x 190) and the second with double bed (160 x 200) opening onto terrace. 1 room with 2 single beds. Beautiful old furniture. 2 bathrooms with shower (washing machine). Independent WC. Baby equipment (bed, chair, changing mat), rent sheets and towels, cleaning on request (€100). Central heating (gas € 100 per week).
Outdoor 600 m² near the pool area. Masonry barbecue.
Common facilities : tennis court, swimming pool (25 m x 11 m) from 01st/05 to 30th/09 (alarm and closing), accessible until 20:30. Property completely fenced (gate with digicode).
