The gite Sonde des Lavandes (lavanda's dream) is an independent villa on the outskirts of a residential neighbour. A road runs along the house on one side of the garden. Private garden of 800 m² fully enclosed with electric gate, children porch, terrace of 40 m² with a covered part, barbecue.
House on one level, slightly raised ground floor but accessible (ramp access for people with reduced mobility). Large living room with lounge area (sofa, TV with Free channels, DVD player) opening on the terrace through bay windows (overlooking the garden and pool), dining area, open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob). Laundry room with washing machine. WC.
First room accessible to people with reduced mobility with 1 bed 140x190cm, private bathroom with with walk-in shower and WC.
2nd bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 140x190cm.
3rd bedroom with canopy bed 140x190cm and direct access to the garden.
Bathroom with bath, heated towel rails.
Private closed garage, possibility to park additional vehicles in the property. Internet (wifi). Fans available. Bed linen for rental (15 € per bed). Complete baby kit on request : high chair, cot, bath, bath ring, footstool and toilet reducer. Cleaning at the end of the stay on demand (€ 60).
This house was conceived and designed for welcoming people with reduced mobility : ramp, width of the doors adapted, wide corridors, windows sliding in the walls, recessed thresholds, bathroom of the first bedroom with grab bars and stool, enough space under basin for a wheelchair.
