Mas Des Argelas - La Picholine

Maussane les Alpilles - Holiday rental - from 800€

1.5 km from the village, backed by the Alpilles, the property of 6200 m2, fenced and closed by an automatic gate, has an exceptional view over the valley of Les Baux-de-Provence; it is organized in three terraces: the olive grove, the pool and lavender areas, and finally the farmhouse, surrounded by plumbagos, oleanders, thyme, rosemary. The rooms, all ground floor and with air conditioning, open on all sides onto the beautiful views of the Alpilles or the garden. Living / dining room with flat screen TV and DVD player, opening onto the north terrace (18m² without vis-à-vis) and its 150 m² garden, kitchen (ceramic hob 2 burners, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer). 2 bedroom south side with reinforced soundproofing, each with a 160x200 bed, a private terrace, covered from August to December, between 8 and 12 m², a private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Heating, bed linen, table linen included. Baby bed, baby bath and high chair on request. Wired and / or wireless internet. Garden furniture on each terrace, electric barbecue. Parking shed.
