Halfway between Avignon and Arles, in the countryside, the holiday cottage Laurels on a property already proposing an other one (13G99-St Pons). Independent on the ground floor with a covered terrace (18 m ² - garden furniture and deckchairs) and its semi closed raised ground (150 m ²).
Main room with sofa bed (2 people), spaces for the meal, TV flat screen (80 cms), hi-fi system. Former beautiful furniture. Equipped kitchen : wash dishes, oven, microwaves oven, small electrical appliances. 1 single room (child) giving onto the small shower room/toilets (2 m ²). 1 double room (140x190) opening on the terrace.
Laundry with washing machine and tumble-dryer, access around. Reversible air conditioning in every room ( real consumption). Bathroom linen on request (5€/person), arrange on request (40€), inclusive sheets. Electric barbecue. Bed and chair baby on request. Tourist tax. Parking lot in front of the house, in the shade of a fig trees.
