Situé sur la presqu'ile de Cassis, au milieu d'un décor de belles maisons entourées d'espaces boisés et fleuris, dans une petite rue tranquille accessible uniquement pour les riverains, ce gîte dispose d'une vue magnifique sur le Cap Canaille et la Grande Bleue. Sur un terrain entièrement clôturé, au rez de chaussée de la villa de la propriétaire, mais orienté plein sud sans vis à vis, il dispose de sa terrasse couverte, d'une terrasse en terrain stabilisé en bas des quelques marches d'accès, et d'un grand espace de jeux pour les enfants (filet de volley, /badmington). La plage est à 500m, les rochers à 300m, le centre ville de Cassis à 700m à pied. En haut d'une dizaine de marches, vous accédez à la terrasse couverte (20 m²) avec son salon détente. L'espace repas est aménagé dans la véranda lumineuse donnant sur le jardin. La pièce principale accueille le salon avec canapé d'angle et télévision écran plat/lecteur DVD, la cuisine intégrée d'une style très contemporain avec son bar ettabourets hauts, électroménager totalement intégré (lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro ondes, frigo/congélateur, plaques vitrocéramiques, petit électroménager). La décoration est volontairement minimaliste et sobre. Deux chambres, une chambre avec lit 2 personnes (140x190) et une chambre avec 2 lits 1 personne (90x190). Grand placard de rangement dans le couloir. Salle d'eau avec douche italienne de grande dimension. WC indépendant.
