Between Avignon and St Rémy de Provence, at the foot of the Montagnette'hills, beautiful independent renovated farmhouse on 1200 m² of closed area. Secure private swimming pool (12 x 4 - from 01st.05 to the 15th 10), relaxing spaces under the trees in the grass and in the courtyard. On the same place, 1 reception room and 1 seminar room (not rented when the cottage is occupied).
On the ground floor, living/dining area and living room open onto the 50 m² shaded terrace : flat screen TV, DVD player, wi-fi. The kitchen has all amenities: dishwasher, large American fridge, plates induction, multi-function oven, coffee pod system. Closed cellar + wc.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200) with private bathroom and large shower. 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) 2 rooms with separable double bed (160 x 200). 2 bathrooms with shower. Independent WC. Games room with Board games, billiards, couch.
Parking on the property. BBQ. Reversible air conditioning (real consumption). Baby equipment (bed, Chair, changing table). House cleaning on request (€150). See with the owner for the rental of the meeting rooms. Horses on site.
A very nice place to radiate to Avignon or the Alpilles... Or maybe you prefer to walk on the trails in the immediate vicinity or go cycling on small country roads: you'll be spoiled for choice!
