On the same place, 1 reception room and 1 seminar room (not rented when the cottage is occupied).
On the ground floor, living/dining area and living room open onto the 50 m² shaded terrace : flat screen TV, DVD player, wi-fi. The kitchen has all amenities: dishwasher, large American fridge, plates induction, multi-function oven, coffee pod system. Closed cellar + wc.
