On the ground floor, 57m², it will offer you all the comfort with its fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave), its living room with a leather sofa, big screen TV with TNT. This room opens onto the shaded terrace, with its 2 beautiful bicentennial olive trees, and its views of the countryside. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 people including a 160x200cm bed and a bed 140x190cm. The biggest bedroom has a direct access to the garden. The bathroom has a bath and sink. The toilets are independent. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional extra sink. Reversible air conditioning in the living room. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Unlimited WiFi access, complete baby equipment on request (travel cot, high chair, stroller, changing table, bath). Electric heating, linen included on request (bring bed linen for 160 and 140 beds). Barbecue. Cleaning on request (45 €). Enclosed garden of 60 m² with garden furniture on the terrace and sun loungers.
