So to make sure everything's just so, don't miss a visit to the Aix-en-Provence "13 Desserts" market held under a 500m² marquee, where you can purchase the fabulous wares of around 40 local farmers and producers. Featuring such goodies as "Calisson" candies, "pompes à huile" (bread made with olive oil) and fig honey, this event is a genuine ode to the senses!
