Comme chaque année, depuis 38 ans, se tient à Aix-en-Provence le Salon du champignon. Cette exposition d'espèces fraîches vous permet d'admirer les beautés et la diversité des variétés de champignons, salle Gassendi (Centre de culture scientifique 166, avenue Jean Monnet).

Des spécialistes vous font observer les différences existant entre des espèces réputées comestibles et d'autres qui au contraire pourraient vous intoxiquer. Des accidents ont lieu tous les ans par imprudence ou par méconnaissance, c'est l'occasion de développer votre sens de l'observation afin de vous limiter aux spécimens ne présentant pas de risque.

Apportez les champignons que vous avez récoltés. Les mycologues de l'Association Mycologique d'Aix-en-Provence se font un plaisir de vous aider à reconnaître les espèces de votre panier et vous commentent les détails importants permettant de ne pas les confondre avec d'autres variétés.

Ce salon est organisé par le muséum d'histoire naturelle et l'Association Mycologique d'Aix-en-Provence.
