The parades are canceled.
The neighborhood carnivals will take place throughout the Martigues territory to allow the carnival atmosphere to invade the city and mobilize the whole population in the feast and meet up all together on the big day of the city carnival: Saturday 4 april 2020

The parades in 2020:

  • Tuesday March 17, 4:45 p.m .: Croix-Sainte. Central place.
  • Monday March 23, 4:45 p.m .: Jonquières - Boudème. Place des Martyrs.
  • Tuesday March 24, 4:20 p.m .: Canto-Perdrix, Jeanne Pistoun. Departure from Robert Desnos and Canto-Perdrix schools.
  • Thursday March 26, 4:30 p.m .: Mas de Pouane (Croix-Sainte). Departure from Tranchier school.
  • Saturday March 28, 10 a.m .: La Couronne / Carro. Departure from Carro's school.
  • Saturday March 28, 2 p.m .: St-Pierre / St-Julien. Departure from Laurons beach.
  • Monday March 30, 4:30 p.m .: Lavéra. Departure from Alain Lopez school.
  • Tuesday March 31, 4:30 p.m .: Notre-Dame Des Marins. Departure from the central square.
  • Thursday April 2, 4:30 p.m .: Paradis Saint-Roch. Departure from Toulmond school.

Those interested in organizing the carnival can participate:

  • To the carnival committees in the premises of the cultural directorate (district of the island).
  • In the media library's workshops.
  • At the workshops of the neighborhood houses.
  • At the workshops of the UMTL (Martégale University of Free Time).
