A state of celebration will invade the city .... The carnival will be this moment in which each and everyone can participate by his disguise, his presence, his good humor, his desire to let go with the others and to live a quirky moment, on foot nose everyday.
The 2020 theme chosen by the Cargrandtuas company is cinema.
Carnival parades in the neighborhoods will take place from March 17 to April 2, 2020.
Program for Saturday April 4.
- 2 p.m., Course on September 4: we all warm up together!
Join the atmosphere of the great carnival which is heating up and getting ready to "burst the screen"!
- 2.30 p.m., Course on September 4: departure from the carnival
Follow this great carnival, colorized parade while natural decorations, which will project, animated cult scenes, sometimes sung, sometimes danced, always dreamed of. Fall in admiration before this incredible cast of stars of all kinds who, hiding behind their costumes, would all have the merit of being known internationally ... This eclectic and festive parade will cross, in a long tracking shot, the 3 districts from the city center to head towards the "imaginary" Garden of La Rode.
- At the arrival of the carnival at the Jardin de la Rode: it is in this revisited natural setting that the last sequence will take place: all the participants will play the colors of the big final clap by inviting the inhabitants to prolong the party and to mix in a "Carnival Village" where all the senses will be solicited. You will then be drawn with pleasure between reality and fiction by many surprises for young and old, which will make you live a quirky and filmic moment ... like a snub in everyday life!
