Large Corso of the beginnings of rice

Arles - Itinérant de Trinquetaille au bld des Lices - Parade - In September - Dates and program to be confirmed - Free

Rice celebrations begin with the arrival of Ambassador by the Rhône, on board a boat to Latin sail, on the quay Saint-Pierre at Trinquetaille, Friday at 6:30. Escorted by the gardians, she then went to horse to the St. Peter's Church in order to bless the sheaf of new rice that it brings. The next day, Saturday at 9 p.m., takes place the first parade, in music, since Trinquetaille, to the boulevard Victor-Hugo on boulevard des Lices. The Corso scrolls again on Sunday from 10: 00 to 13: 00 on the same course, with jets of bags of rice in the crowd. The winner tank will be known at the end of the Corso.
