Et si nous changions nos modes de consommation pour réintégrer dans notre quotidien les bienfaits de la cueillette ? C'est ce que propose Olivier Thiboeuf dans son atelier autour des plantes sauvages qui sont là, à portée de main. Vous apprendrez à identifier, cueillir et cuisiner des centaines de plantes bénéfiques pour la santé. Galettes aux herbes, salades, beignets, soupes, desserts, infusions, une quantité incroyable de propositions culinaires savoureuses émergent au fil de cette initiation. Oliver nous pousse à porter un autre regard sur notre environnement et sur nos habitudes de consommateurs.
L'atelier d'Olivier Thiboeuf est présenté dans le cadre de la Foire aux fleurs, ce marché annuel qui transforme le village de Fontvieille en jardin verdoyant et multicolore l'espace d'une journée.
