Le festival international des Arts Multimédia GAMERZ revient pour sa 13e édition à Aix-en-Provence. Ce parcours d'expositions, pensé comme un espace de liberté et de réflexion, met en avant des créations artistiques actuelles, dans lesquelles les artistes questionnent nos différents modes d'interactions avec les machines à travers le spectre de la magie.

En effet, la consommation massive de ces technologies, dénuée de toute compréhension de leurs mécaniques, peut se rapprocher d'une forme de pensée magique. Les créations alliant animisme-digital et techno ésotérisme sont à l'honneur. Ce circuit place sur le devant de la scène des créations hybrides, sources de réflexion sur les relations magie / technologie. Ce panorama de dispositifs artistiques multimédia, parfois alternatifs, éveille des réflexions profondes sur les métamorphoses de notre société. Cette année, de nombreux artistes internationaux présentent leurs créations dans 5 lieux culturels d'Aix-en-Provence.

Expositions, performances, workshops, et conférences alimentent une programmation riche et novatrice. À la frontière des arts, des technologies et de l'irrationnel, le festival téléporte le public au coeur de ces nouvelles formes d'expression au sein d'un parcours entièrement gratuit.
