Driven for more than thirty years the Ministry of Culture and Communication, the European heritage days meet local success that is confirmed with each new edition.This 33rd edition, the theme "Heritage and citizenship" will highlight the places and monuments where citizenship is built and in which it is exercised on a daily basis. The Heritage Department will propose on this occasion a varied and rich program with guided tours in the monuments and the city, specific visits on the theme, an exhibition, shows. Doors open, exhibitions, performances, conferences, visits, etc.The heritage of the city of Arles Department develops and coordinates the organisation of these days. A hundred shares are proposed throughout the territory by the institutional structures and associative participants. Among these activities, many of them, rewarding the monuments and the old Center, are carried by the Heritage Department.The full program will be available in September on www.patrimoine.ville-arles.fr and www.kiosque.arles.fr
